Cut the watermelon in horizontal half. Scoop out the flesh and grind with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of white sugar, salt and chili in the grinder.

Cook soba noodle, rinse it with cold water and let it drain all the water.
Cut cucumber into small pieces.
Boil the chicken egg.

As the egg is now cooked, peel the shell and cut in a half.
Pour the already ground mixture onto the watermelon. Then place soba noodle into the watermelon "bowl".
Next, add pieces of cucumber, dry seaweed, and a half of boiled chicken egg onto the soba noodle. Sprinkle white sesame on it and we now have a finished watermelon soba noodle.
