Steps

1
Done

Wash and cut green, red, yellow bell peppers into long shreds.
Spread beef slices on a clean cutting board or plate and marinate it with salt. Sprinkle a little wheat flour on the surface of the beef.

2
Done

For each beef slice, put pieces of bell peppers onto its surface and then roll it tightly.
Sprinkle some salt, pepper and wheat flour over the steak rolls. Then, roll them so that they absorb the flour, pepper, and salt.

3
Done

Fry the steak rolls over a small flame. As the meat turns seared, add Teriyaki sauce (or BBQ sauce if we don’t have Teriyaki sauce).
Turn these rolls over continuously to keep them from burning. Wait for them to be well cooked and quickly take them out of the pan. Turn off the oven.

4
Done

Cut them in a half, put them on a plate and decorate. They can be served with rice. You can also cook a big batch for the weekend, special meal, or fancy party.
