Slice the pork fillet thinly and put soy sauce, sake and ginger juice into a bowl. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
Let thin slices of pork dry, then marinate in soy sauce, sake and ginger juice about 15 minutes. You can put the bowl of marinated pork in the fridge for better hygiene.
Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium heat then fry the sliced pork until both sides turn golden browned.
Heat off and serve the pork with the shredded cabbage on a plate. You now have a wonderful dish for all family.
