Once the first boiling batch is done, put the boiled pork ribs, kimchi, 750 ml soup from seaweed and anchovy, 65 ml kimchi water, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp Korean chili sauce, 2 tsp mirin, 1 tsp sugar, garlic, and pepper into a pot. Boil on medium-high heat for 20 minutes. Then put more slices of onion, chili and braise for 5 minutes. |
