Peel shrimps, remove the veins, and let them dry. In the mean time, wash and roughly chop the herbs (You don't want to mince the herbs because otherwise the flavor will get too tangy).
As the shrimps are dry, marinate them with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
Next, cook peanut butter and then add chopped garlic, ground oregano, and musk into the pan to stir-fry.

Now, add the shrimps into the pan to stir-fry within 3 -5 minutes and then add lemon juice (a little by a little so that the flavors won't turn bitter).
After that, pour the chicken broth into the pan and cook within 2 -3 minutes. To finish cooking, add herbs into the pan and stir in 1 minute and then turn off the gas stove.

Take them out and place nicely on a plate. And Voila! We just finished a delicious shrimp with lemon butter sauce. Besides letting it be a dish on its own, you can also serve it with cooked rice.
