Wash kiwi, orange, strawberries and mint leaves and let them dry.
Remove peduncles of the strawberries and cut them into a half.
Next, peel kiwis and orange and cut them into thin slices. For each one slice of sandwich bread, spread a layer of cheese cream onto it.

On top of each cheese cream layer, place the fruit nicely (more or less of each fruit depends on your personal preference). Repeat the step until the last sandwich slice.
