Cook vermicelli in about 5-6 minutes and then wash it. If you like, feel free to cut it into short parts. Mix soy sauce and honey finely. Then wash beef and slice it into thin pieces. Next, marinate beef with the mixture of the soy sauce in from 5 to 10 minutes.


Meanwhile, wash bell chilis, onion, and mint leaves. Slice bell pepper and chop mint leaves. Then mix them in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix fish sauce, chili sauce, roasted peanut, lemon juice, and peanut oil into the bowl and mix them well. Then, pour the mixture into the bowl of vegetables and continue to mix them.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and add beef into the pan to stir-fry in about 7 minutes. Then take it out. Add beef and vermicelli into the bowl of the vegetables at step 2 and mix them finely.
