| Wash pork and cut it into small pieces.
Put these pork pieces, 50 grams of cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 5 grams of sugar, 2 grams of salt, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of cooking oil, and 5 grams of ginger into a blender to grind them finely.
