| Wash carefully green onions and mince them. Add flour, eggs, seasoning, salt and about 1/2 cup of water into a large bowl and mix them well. |
| Incubate the dough for about 30 minutes. Then take it out and roll it into a thin layer.
Sprinkle green onions and continue to knead the dough, then roll it again. |
| Roll the dough into round balls and then press them into thin layers. Heat up the cooking oil in a pan, fry them until their color turns in to golden on both sides. |
