Wash carefully green onions and mince them. Add flour, eggs, seasoning, salt and about 1/2 cup of water into a large bowl and mix them well.

Incubate the dough for about 30 minutes. Then take it out and roll it into a thin layer.
Sprinkle green onions and continue to knead the dough, then roll it again.

Roll the dough into round balls and then press them into thin layers. Heat up the cooking oil in a pan, fry them until their color turns in to golden on both sides.
