Remove the antennas and the head of the shrimps. Then peel and wash them.
Also, dice the onion and finely chop the tomato and the chili. Heat up cooking oil in a pan, add the onions to stir-fry, then add garlic and ginger.
Next, add condiments including 1 tablespoon of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of dill powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander seed, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Stir the mixture for 30 seconds.
Add chopped tomatoes and chili to stir fry above a small fire in about 10 minutes.

Add shrimp into the pan and stir finely from 1 to 3 minutes. Turn off the gas stove.
Take the shrimp and sauce into a large bowl. You can also pour the sauce onto the shrimp. Sprinkle some cilantro and enjoy.
