1 bulb onion
300 grams chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
10 grams chopped garlic
200 grams dry noodles

Homemade chicken and noodles bring us a tasty dish without time-consuming and costing much. Also, with available ingredients in our fridge, we can easily make chicken noodles for our family. Especially, vegetable chicken noodles dish gives us both fiber and protein, which is a great choice for a quick meal.

Wash chicken breast and cut it into medium pieces. Also, peel the carrot, and wash bell pepper, and broccoli, and cauliflower. Then, scrape carrot, and cut broccoli, cauliflower and bell pepper into small pieces.


Marinade chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Then cook broccoli and cauliflower and then take them out. After that, cook noodles and then take them out. Soak noodles in cold water in about 2 minutes and then take them out.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped garlic and then add chicken pieces to stir-fry until they are cooked. Take cooked chicken pieces out. Then, add carrot into the pan to stir-fry in about 3 minutes. Next, add onion and bell pepper to stir-fry in 3 minutes. After that, add chicken pieces into the pan and continue to stir-fry in about 2 minutes. Finally, add broccoli and cauliflower into the pan and stir-fry until they are cooked. Add seasoning to make the mixture tasty and then turn off the gas stove.


Place the mixture on a plate and enjoy.
