Cut boneless chicken meat into large thin pieces. Place them into a large bowl, add salt, soy sauce, marinade, honey, white wine, ginger powder, and chopped garlic.
Then mix them well for marinating the meat. Marinate it for 15 minutes.
Cut cucumber, sausage, and carrot into long thin pieces.
Spread each chicken meat piece onto the cutting board. Put a few cucumber, sausage and carrot pieces onto the chicken piece and roll it.
Then, wrap them all in a parchment paper, and then in the kitchen foil.
Turn on the oven at 210 degrees Celsius for heating. Place the rolls into the oven to roast for about 20 minutes. As the chicken rolls get cooked, take them out and open the kitchen foil to brush the soy sauce on the the roll surface. Then continue to bake them for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, take them out of the oven. Cut the rolls into small round pieces and place them on the plate. Plate your dish with some vegetables and enjoy.
