Cut boneless chicken meat into large thin pieces. Place them into a large bowl, add salt, soy sauce, marinade, honey, white wine, ginger powder, and chopped garlic. Then mix them well for marinating the meat. Marinate it for 15 minutes.


Cut cucumber, sausage, and carrot into long thin pieces. Next, spread each chicken meat piece onto the cutting board. Put a few cucumber, sausage and carrot pieces onto the chicken piece and roll it. Then, wrap it by parchment paper. After that, continue to wrap it with the kitchen foil.


Turn on the oven at 210 degrees Celsius for heating. Place the rolls into the oven to bake for about 20 minutes. After that, take them out and open the kitchen foil to brush the soy sauce. Then, continue to bake them for about 10 minutes.


After that, take them out of the oven. Cut the rolls into small round pieces and place them on the plate. Then, decorate the plate with vegetables.
