Beat chicken eggs and separate the egg yolk and egg white.
For the egg yolk, mix with 30 grams of powdered sugar and stir vigorously until the mixture becomes smooth. Continue to add 80 grams of wheat flour and stir finely.

Next, put white scraped coconut copra into the mixture to mix thoroughly.
When letting the mixture rest for a few minutes, prepare the baking parchment and place it onto the baking tray. Turn on the oven at 175 degrees Celsius.
