| Beat chicken eggs and separate the egg yolk and egg white.
For the egg yolk, mix with 30 grams of powdered sugar and stir vigorously until the mixture becomes smooth. Continue to add 80 grams of wheat flour and stir finely. |
| Next, put white scraped coconut copra into the mixture to mix thoroughly.
When letting the mixture rest for a few minutes, prepare the baking parchment and place it onto the baking tray. Turn on the oven at 175 degrees Celsius. |
| Stir the egg white well with remaining 20 grams of powdered sugar, and then mix carefully with the mixture of the egg yolk. When the mixture turns smooth, pour it on the baking tray. |
| Bake the baking ring/ baking tray for 30 minutes. Let the cake cool down after it gets well cooked. Remove the baking parchment and put the cake into the baking tray again. |
| Boiling 5 grams of Gelatin powder for about 10 minutes and then mix with 100 milliliters of coconut milk. Pour the mixture into the baking tray with the cake inside.
Next, place it into the fridge in the cool compartment for 30 minutes and take it out. |
| Beat the whipping cream with cheese cream until the mixture is smooth.
Cover the surface of the cake with this mixture. Make sure you spread the frosting equally.
