Steps
| Mince ginger, garlic, and heads of Allium Porum finely.
Slice red chilies and pickled chilies about 1-cm thin. |
| Boil the water to quickly cook Enoki mushrooms in 2 minutes and take them out.
Place them into a bowl. |
| In a clean pan, stir-fry garlic, heads of Allium Porum with 15 milliliters of oil.
Next, add chilis and pickled chilis, 1 cup of boiling water, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons water used for pickling chili and cook. |
| As the spices get cooked, add beef tenderloin into the pan and cook within 2 minutes, then turn off the gas stove. |
| Put the cooked beef tenderloin onto the Enoki mushrooms in the bowl at step 1.
We can then sprinkle some cut green onion, mix well before eating. |
