Chop ginger, garlic, and heads of Allium Porum. Cut red chili and pickled chilis.


Boil the water to cook Enoki mushrooms in 2 minutes and then take them out. Place them into a bowl.


In a clean pan, stir-fry garlic, heads of Allium Porum with 15 milliliters of oil. Next, add chilis and pickled chilis, 1 cup of boiling water, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons water used for pickling chili and cook.


After that, add beef tenderloin into the pan and cook within 2 minutes, then turn off the gas stove.


Put the cooked beef tenderloin onto the Enoki mushrooms in the bowl at step 1. Then, we can sprinkle some cut green onion to make the bowl more attractive.
