Mince ginger, garlic, and heads of Allium Porum finely.
Slice red chilies and pickled chilies about 1-cm thin.

Boil the water to quickly cook Enoki mushrooms in 2 minutes and take them out.
Place them into a bowl.

In a clean pan, stir-fry garlic, heads of Allium Porum with 15 milliliters of oil.
Next, add chilis and pickled chilis, 1 cup of boiling water, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons water used for pickling chili and cook.

As the spices get cooked, add beef tenderloin into the pan and cook within 2 minutes, then turn off the gas stove.

Put the cooked beef tenderloin onto the Enoki mushrooms in the bowl at step 1.
We can then sprinkle some cut green onion, mix well before eating.
