200 grams dried squids

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cut dried squids into thin pieces and wash them. Then, put them into a bowl, add ½ of a bowl of water and lid the bowl. Let it within 20 minutes and stir the pieces of the dried squids once. Then, take them out and squeeze to remove water.


Heat up the cooking oil, add 2 teaspoons of chili powder into the pan and stir finely. Next, add 2 tablespoons of Korean chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of corn syrup, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, chopped garlic into the pan and stir until the mixture boils. After that, turn off the gas stove and then add roasted sesame to stir again. Next, add dried squids into the pan and stir so that they absorb the sauce.


Take them out of the pan and place onto a dish.
