Cut carrots and onions into small pieces. Chop gingers, purple onions, and garlic finely.
Cut beef brisket into medium pieces.
Next, marinate beef brisket pieces with 80 grams of Barona sauce and chopped ginger in a large bowl in 30 minutes.

Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, then stir-fry onions and garlic.
Continue to add the marinated beef in the pot to stir-fry until the beef is medium.
Pour 1 liter of water into the pot. First, cook with a big fire until water starts to boil. Next, remove the bubbles and simmer for 1 hour so that the beef becomes tender.

After 1 hour, put the carrots in the pot, continue to simmer for 40 minutes or more until the carrots become soft.
Add the chopped onions, cook for another 5 minutes. Then pour 40 milliliters of red wine and stir well.
Mix 20 grams of tapioca flour with 50 milliliters of water and pour the mixture into the pot, keep stirring to reach viscosity.
