Cut carrots and onions into small pieces. Chop finely gingers, purple onions, and garlic. Also, cut beef brisket into medium pieces. Then, marinate beef brisket pieces with 80 grams of Barona sauce and chopped ginger in a large bowl in 30 minutes.


Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, and then stir-fry onions and garlic. Continue to add the marinated beef in the pot to stir-fry until the beef is medium. Next, pour 1 liter of water into the pot. First, cook with a large fire for the pot to boil. After that, remove the bubbler and then simmer for 1 hour so that the beef becomes soft.


After 1 hour, put the carrots in the pot, continue to simmer for 40 minutes more or until the carrots become soft. Next, add the chopped onions, cook for another 5 minutes. Then pour 40 milliliters of red wine and stir well. Also, mix 20 grams of tapioca flour with 50 milliliters of water and pour the mixture into the pot, stirring to create viscosity.


With the finished dish, we will have tender and tasty beef yet not too dry because they are simmered for a long time. Additionally, the sauce is slightly sour, creating various tastes when we eat.
