200 grams fresh shrimp
200 grams dry noodles
10 grams green onion
4 chicken eggs

Stir fry noodles recipe with Singaporean recipe will give us an extremely tasty noodle dish. In addition, it includes both seafood, meat, and vegetables. Prepare ingredients: Peel the shrimps and wash them carefully. Then, cut the chicken meat into medium-size pieces.


Soak dry noodles in cold water and leave the noodles rest to remove water. Then, put them into a large bowl. Next, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil into the bowl and mix. Chop the cabbage and cut the carrot into thin threads and cut green onions.


Beat the chicken egg into a bowl to stir finely and fry it. When it is cooked, cut in into thin threads and put it on a plate. Continue to use the pan to heat up a tablespoon of cooking oil, then stir-fry the chopped garlic, chicken meat and shrimps until they are cooked. Next, put them on another plate for later use.


Continue to use the pan to heat up 1 tablespoon and fry the vegetables including cabbage, carrot and green onions in 5 minutes. Then, add all of the noodles into the pan to stir-fry. Next, add condiments to make them tasty. When the mixture is almost cooked, add the processed ingredients on two above plates into the pan to mix for about 1 minute and then turn off the stove.
