Turn on the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Wash the potato and then wrap it with the kitchen foil and bake it in the oven within 60 minutes. When it becomes soft, take it out. Peel the potato, then put it into a bowl and grind.
After that, make dry flour: mix 192 grams of wheat flour, 1.5 tablespoons of baking powder, 1/2 of a teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder, and 1/2 of a teaspoon of salt.

Add ½ of the dry flour into the mixture of the dough and mix finely until they become smooth. Now, it's time to add the rest of the dry flour into the bowl and continue to mix until they are smooth again. Then, what you need to do is add dark chocolate into the bowl and mix them well. After that, put the dough into each mold. Don't forget to put some dark chocolate onto the surface of the dough to make it more appealing.


Turn the stove down to 176 degrees Celsius and bake these cakes in about 25 minutes. After that, take them out and let them rest for 10 minutes before enjoying.
