400 grams chicken breast
1 chicken egg yolk
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 of a teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
10 grams chopped green onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
150 grams roasted peanuts
1 tablespoon corn oil
1 teaspoon white wine
2 teaspoons cornstarch
½ of a teaspoon white sugar
5 dried chilis
5 grams chopped garlic

Stir-fried chicken breast with peanuts is a yummy dish with a relatively strange savor. Besides, it does not contain much lipid, which is very good for our health. Moreover, stir-fried chicken breast with peanuts makes our meal more attractive due to the fragrance and taste from peanuts.

Wash chicken breast and cut it into medium pieces. Marinate them with chicken egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ of a teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of wine in 10 minutes. Next, add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and corn oil into the bowl and mix them well.


In another bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, ½ of a teaspoon of sugar, 1teaspoon of vinegar, chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and a small bowl of water.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry chicken breast and then add dried pepper, pepper, and chopped green onion. Continue to stir-fry.


Pour the sauce at step 2 into the pan and stir-fry until the sauce almost runs out. Add roasted peanuts and continue to stir-fry in 1 minute. Turn off the gas stove.


Take them out and have them served with cooked rice.
