Wash chicken breast and cut it into medium pieces. Marinate them with chicken egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ of a teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of wine in 10 minutes.
Next, add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and corn oil into the bowl and mix them well.

In another bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, ½ of a teaspoon of sugar, 1teaspoon of vinegar, chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and a small bowl of water.

Heat up cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry chicken breast and then add dried pepper, pepper, and chopped green onion. Continue to stir-fry.

Pour the sauce at step 2 into the pan and stir-fry until the sauce almost runs out. Add roasted peanuts and continue to stir-fry in 1 minute.
Turn off the gas stove.
