Add 1 teaspoon of salt, and ¼ of a teaspoon of pepper and stir-fry them in 5 minutes. After that, set them aside.

Wash tomatoes and soak them in hot water in 5 minutes and then peel them. Cut them into medium pieces. Make the sauce: add 5 milliliters of olive oil, the diced smoked pork, diced onion, garlic, salt, sugar, ground oregano leaves, pepper, and a bowl of water into a pot and cook until the mixture boils. Use a spoon to crush tomatoes.
