Slice fried tofu, King oyster mushrooms. Then, wash mushrooms finely. Next, marinate mushrooms, and fried tofu with chopped onion, salt, and MSG in 10 minutes. Also, peel pineapple and wash it. After that, wash pineapple, tomatoes, okra and then cut them into medium pieces. Soak dry seaweed in warm water in 3 minutes and then cut it into medium pieces. Heat up cooking oil in a pot and then stir-fry fried tofu and mushrooms. Next, add vegetables and tamarind juice and stir-fry them finely. Also, pour about 1 liter of water into the pot and add 1/2 of a teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, and 2 teaspoons of soy sauce to cook them well. When the water in the pot boils, add seaweed and cook the mixture until the water boils again. Add condiments to make them tasty. |
