300 grams pork tenderloin
2 carrot
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/3 of a teaspoon vinegar
2 teaspoons white sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
100 grams pineapple
50 grams onion
30 milliliters cooking oil
15 milliliters white wine
½ of a teaspoon salt
20 grams chopped garlic
10 milliliters soy sauce

Wash pork tenderloin and slice it. Then, put the sliced pieces into a large bowl, add salt, and white wine into the bowl and then mix them gently. Next, cook them in about 1 minute and then take them out.


Peel pineapple and then also slice it into small pieces. After that, slice the carrot and cut the onion into small pieces.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic. Then, add ketchup and cook them until ketchup boils and add carrot and onion to stir-fry.


Add ½ of a teaspoon of salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar into the pan and stir-fry. Finally, add pineapple and pork tenderloin and continue to stir-fry in 5 minutes. Then, dissolve cornstarch in a half bowl of water and pour into the pan. Stir-fry until the sauce almost runs out.


Take them out and have them served with cooked rice.
