Directions

Pork tenderloin stir fry pineapple is a simple and tasty recipe for your family’s lunches or dinners. The appealing yellow “coat” and the crispy texture of stir-fry pineapple, plus the delicious pork tenderloin, will give you a small “feast” in every bite.

Steps

1
Done

Wash pork tenderloin and slice it. Then, put the sliced pieces into a large bowl, add salt, and white wine into the bowl and then mix them gently. Next, cook them in about 1 minute and then take them out.

2
Done

Peel pineapple and then also slice it into small pieces. After that, slice the carrot and cut the onion into small pieces.

3
Done

Heat up cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic. Then, add ketchup and cook them until ketchup boils and add carrot and onion to stir-fry.

4
Done

Add ½ of a teaspoon of salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar into the pan and stir-fry. Finally, add pineapple and pork tenderloin and continue to stir-fry in 5 minutes. Then, dissolve cornstarch in a half bowl of water and pour it into the pan. Stir-fry until the sauce almost runs out.

5
Done

Take them out and have them served with cooked rice.
