Use an ice cream scoop to take each ball of ice cream and let them into the fridge at the freezer.


Mix glutinous rice flour, white sugar, and water well. Next, steam the mixture to make it soft and smooth.


Spread the potato flour onto an even surface and take the mixture at step 2 onto it. Sprinkle the potato flour onto the surface of the mixture and knead the dough. Then roll the dough into the 1-centimeter-thick dough. Cut it into medium squares. After that, take each dough piece and place one ice cream ball at the middle of the dough and roll it gently. Continue to do until the last dough piece.


Place them onto a dish and enjoy!
