Fried rice is a popular dish all over the world, and each country has its own style to cook this dish. Apart from the main ingredients including bing eggs, rice, and some vegetables, several countries add various other ingredients to make the dish more attractive and diverse. And Japan is no exception by creating its own version of Japanese Fried Rice with chicken and delicious sauce. Also, this easy-to-prepare dish can be served at any time of day for a nutritious meal!

Prepare ingredients. Dice carrot into small pieces.

Heat up oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped garlic in about a minute. Then, add chopped carrots and stir-fry them for 2 minutes. Next, add chicken and continue to stir-fry them for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is cooked well.

Add rice and peas, stir-fry them well.

Add soy sauce, tonkatsu sauce, black pepper and salt, and then cook them well. Place cooked rice one side and break the eggs on the other side to make omelet.

Slowly mix the omelet with the mixture of rice. Cook them in 2 minutes and take them out.
