Peel potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Also, remove the seeds of tomatoes and dice them. Then, slice tofu. Add cooking oil into a pan and fry tofu pieces until their color turns yellow. Cut bell pepper into small pieces.


After that, add potatoes into the pan and stir-fry them in 1 minute. Next, add tomatoes, salt, white sugar, and vegan seasoning and continue to stir-fry.


Pour 100 milliliters of fresh water into the pan and cooking until the water boils. Then, add bell pepper and continue to stir-fry in 2 more minutes.


Take them out and have them served with cooked rice.
