How to make cocoa roasted almonds – This recipe is an ideal suggestion for Valentine Day. Haven’t got a Valentine for yourself yet? No worries, make it your snack on-the-go. Nibbling cocoa roasted almonds while binge watching some Netflix shows or chit chatting with your friends can be your new hobby.



Stir the chicken egg white with water until the mixture becomes foamy. Add 90 grams of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and salt into the bowl and mix them well.


Add raw almonds into the bowl of the mixture at step 1 and mix them well.


Spread a layer of parchment paper on the baking tray and place the almonds on the tray.
Bake them in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius in 30 minutes.
Half the way on your baking process, take the tray out and turn them twice.
Take them out and set them aside.


Mix cocoa powder, ½ of a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and 10 grams of brown sugar in a pan. Add the baked almonds into the pan and stir them until the powder covers all of these almonds. Take them out.
