How to make beef roll in betel leaves is another attractive recipe to make rolls beside pork rolls. Also, it is an interesting recipe to cook beef in addition to steak. With simple ingredients, we can easily make beef rolls at home for our family without time-consuming.

Add minced beef into a large bowl and then add condiments including 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of MSG, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, and 1 tablespoon of pepper. Mix them well. Then, add 20 grams of chopped lemongrass, and 10 grams of chopped purple onion, and mix them finely.


Wash betel leaves and let them dry a bit. Add 1 tablespoon of the mixture at step 1 onto a surface of each betel leaf, fold the two edges and then roll it.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and then fry these rolls. After that, take them out.


Make the fish sauce: Add vegan fish sauce, chopped garlic, chopped chilis, lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of sugar into a bowl and pour 50 milliliters of water. Stir them finely.


Place the beef rolls onto a dish and enjoy!
