Cook chicken thighs with chopped ginger. When the water boils, turn donw the fire and continue to cook them in 5 minutes. Take them out and let them cool. Then, tear them into thin pieces. Next, marinate them with ¼ of teaspoon of salt and pepper.


Cut onion into medium pieces. Mix onion with sugar and vinegar in about 20 minutes. Cut cabbage into thin pieces and squeeze them with 1 teaspoon of salt. Peel carrot and scrape it. Wash cilantro and chop it. Also, remove seeds of chili and cut it into thin pieces.


Add lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, and chili pieces in a bowl to stir them finely to make the sauce.


Add chicken meat, cabbage, carrot, and onion into a bowl and mix them finely. Pour the sauce at step 3 into the bowl and continue to mix them. Next, add cilantro and mix them well. Finally, we have finished the salad.
