Thai banana cakes are the iconic Thai dessert/ snack that has long been favored by both locals and tourists.  Let’s see how we can make this easy-to-prepare dessert for any daily meal. Banana cakes are wonderfully delicious, and if quality ripe bananas are used, the smell would be much better.

Add water, 1 chicken egg yolk, condensed milk, melt butter, salt, and white sugar into a large bowl and mix them well.

Sieve wheat flour into another bowl. Then add the mixture at step 1 into the bowl of wheat flour and knead them finely.

Apply a layer of wheat flour onto the cutting board and place the dough at step 2 onto it.
Wrap the dough with the food wrapping and place it at the cooler in the fridge in 30 minutes.

Peel bananas and slice them. Beat 3 chicken eggs into a bowl and stir them well.
Roll these banana slices onto the bowl of chicken egg.

Take the dough out and divide the dough into small parts. Roll them into thin slice.

Heat up cooking oil in a pan and fry only one side of these dough slices on a small fire.
Add a small amount of the mixture at step 4 onto the other surface of the dough slices and fold 4 edges of the slices. Turn them to fry the other surface.

Take them out and top them with melt chocolate.
