Tofu Tiramisu recipe in Thai style is an amazing dessert for anyone still chasing a plant-based diet. By substituting butter with tofu, you will have all the goodness of a tasty Tiramisu without any guilty feeling for your diet. This twist on a classic Tiramisu is also another way to treat your taste buds to vegan ingredients.



Wash tofu and soak it in warm water in 5 minutes. Cut it into medium pieces.
Peel avocado and cut it into medium pieces. Put tofu and avocado pieces into an electric mixer.
Add honey, non-sugar fresh milk, and vanilla essence to grind them finely.


Prepare a glass. Add a layer of granola cereal into the glass, then add a layer of the mixture at step 1, and then add another layer of granola cereal.
Again, add a layer of the mixture. Continue to do until the glass is full.


Top it with some mint leaves. Enjoy them!
