Baked tofu cooked with chili sauce - Spicy yet attractive

Baked tofu cooked with chili sauce will crack up the heat and thaw the chill. This simple recipe, by using baked tofu, is a twist to fried tofu, reducing the oil and making it a much healthier substitute. When served with cooked rice, you will have a tongue-tickling spicy meal to treat your taste buds.



Turn on the stove at 200 degrees Celsius.
Wash tofu and cut it into medium pieces.
Take a clean towel over the tofu, then apply a heavy weight to it in about 15 minutes to remove water.


Add cornstarch in a large bowl and roll the tofu pieces into the bowl.
Place them on a baking tray applied with a layer of parchment paper to bake in about 45 minutes. During the baking processing, when we bake them in about 20 minutes, take the tray out to turn the tofu pieces.


Take the tray out. Pour chili sauce into the pan and heat it up.
Add honey and continue to stir-fry it finely. Then, add tofu pieces and stir-fry them as well.
