Wash chicken thighs with salt and then cut each into 3 pieces. Marinate them with onion, 10 grams of chopped garlic, seasonings, and white sugar in 30 minutes.
Soak shiitakes in warm water in 5 minutes and then strive off their roots.
Peel carrots and potatoes.


Stir-fry 10 grams of chopped garlic with ketchup, chicken thighs, and shiitake mushrooms finely. Pour coconut milk and add carrots and cook until the carrots become relatively soft. Then, add potatoes and cook them well. Add condiments to more or less to your liking.
