Heat up cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped garlic, also add baby pumpkin, onion, and carrot into the pan to stir-fry. Next, add condiments including seasoning, white sugar, oyster, soy sauce, ketchup, and chili sauce to make them tasty. Finally, add ground pepper and stir-fry them well.
