500 grams small crabs
3 green bell peppers
3 red bell peppers
1 teaspoon salt
30 milliliters soy sauce
300 milliliters cooking oil
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon seasoning
1 onion
5 dried chilis
½ of a teaspoon pepper
400 milliliters red wine
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon white sugar
20 grams green onions
1 cucumber

Chilli crab recipe attracts many housewives due to its savor and color. In addition, these spicy crabs are very suitable on cold days. Besides, with such a simple chilli crab recipe, we can easily cook the delicious dish for our meals.

Wash small crabs and soak them in wine for 10-20 minutes. Next, remove their carapace and cut them into a half. Then, sprinkle onto them salt and cornstarch. Cut green onions, cucumber, onion, red and green bell peppers, ginger, and dried chilis into medium pieces.


Heat up 300 milliliters of cooking oil and fry these small crabs in 2 minutes. Then take them out and set aside.


Stir-fry ginger, onion, and dried chilis until they are cooked. Next, add 2 tablespoons of chili sauce into the pan and stir.


Next, add fried small crabs and cucumber into the pan. Also, add 30 milliliters of soy sauce, 20 milliliters of red wine, and 30 milliliters of water into the pan to stir-fry in 1 minute. Finally, add bell peppers, green onions, ½ of a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of white sugar into the pan to stir-fry until they are cooked.


Place them on a plate and enjoy.
