150 grams chicken breast
60 grams potatoes

Wash chicken breast and cut it into small pieces. Marinate them with soy sauce, and cornstarch and let them rest in 30 minutes. Peel potatoes, and carrot and then cut them into small pieces. Also, cut purple onion into small pieces.


Stir-fry chopped garlic and onion. Then, add carrot and potato to stir-fry them well. Take them out and stir-fry chicken pieces. Also, make curry sauce by mixing corstarch, water and curry powder finely.


In a pot, cook stir-fried vegetables with 200 millilters of water and the curry sauce and cook them until the sauce become relatively condensed. Then, add chicken and cooked rice to stir-fry in about 4 more minutes.


Place the mixture on a baking tray and place mozzarella onto its surface. Then bake them at 180 degrees Celsius in about 20 minutes.


Take them out and enjoy.
