Curry duck meat cooked with sweet potatos and carrots is a delicious Indian dish with a spicy taste. Moreover, the dish combines gentle natural sweetness from vegetables and duck meat, which is extremely attractive. Also, for a small family party, the dish is certainly an ideal suggestion.



Wash duck meat and then cut it into medium pieces. Next, squeeze them gently with chopped ginger, 5 grams of the chopped lemongrass, and white alcohol. Then, wash them carefully with fresh water. Also, marinate them with 50 grams of curry powder, five-spice powder, pepper, and seasoning in 15 minutes.


Peel sweet potatoes and carrots and then cut them into medium pieces. Heat up cooking oil to fry them.


After that, fry duck meat pieces and then take them out. Stir-fry 1/2 of the chopped purple onion, and 5 grams of the chopped lemongrass, and then add duck meat, carrots, and sweet potatoes into the pot. Pour water and then cook them until the water boils.


In another pan, stir-fry 5 grams of chopped lemongrass and 1/2 of the chopped purple onion. Then, add curry oil, curry powder, and chili powder to stir-fry until they give out their fragrance. Then, pour fresh milk, and coconut milk into the pan and simmer them thoroughly.


Take them out and enjoy.
