Wash fresh shrimps, remove their heads and peel them. Next, add them into a large bowl and marinate them with a teaspoon of seasoning. Peel potatoes and cut them into thin pieces. Also, soak potato pieces into a large bowl of the mixture of salt and water.


Add the potatoes into an electric mixer and grind them finely. Then steam them in about 20 minutes. Next, take them out and add 1 teaspoon of seasoning, white sugar and mix them well. Also, add cornstarch, and white flour and knead the dough.


Take a tablespoon of the mixture at step 2 and squeeze it. Put a shrimp into one surface of the dough and roll it. Continue to do with the other shrimps. Heat up cooking oil in a pan and fry them finely.


Take them out and enjoy.
