Chop garlic and chili finely. Next, prepare a large bowl, put all the ingredients including pineapple juice, water, vegan fish sauce, lemon juices, and chopped chili and garlic into the bowl and stir.

Prepare a bowl of cooled boiled water. Before rolling, dip the rice paper into the bowl so that it gets wet and then spread it out on a clean face or large plate.
