Wash yellow sweet potatoes and taros, peel them and and then dice them. Also, dice fried tofu. Next, cut the bell peppers into square pieces. Peel the onions and dice them.


Cook 1/2 of the sweet potatoes and then grind them in an electric mixer.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and then fry the remaining of sweet potato and taro.

Add sweet potatoes, taro, 500 milliliters of hot water into the pan and cook them until the water boils. Add the ground sweet potato and stir them finely. Then, add bell peppers and fried tofu to cook them in 2 more minutes. Finally, pour coconut milk and add condiments to make the dish tasty. Turn off the gas stove.
