200 grams Udon noodles
½ of a carrot
1/3 of a bulb onion
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon white sugar
150 grams pork
½ of a green bell pepper
100 grams cabbage
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons monosodium glutamate (MSG)

Udon noodle stir fry is a simple dish for a busy lunch or dinner. In addition, the taste of udon noodle will not make us bored. Also, Udon stir-fry with pork is an ideal suggestion for us for a quick lunch.

Soak Udon noodles in a bowl of cold water in 3 minutes and then take them out. Wash carrot and cut it into thin pieces. Cut cabbage into square pieces. Also, cut onion and bell pepper into 2-centimeter-long pieces. Cut pork into thin and long pieces.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry pork in about 3 minutes. Next, add carrot, bell pepper, and onion into the pan to stir-fry within 1 minute. Then add cabbage and stir-fry until cabbage pieces become a bit soft.


After that, add Udon noodles, soy sauce, and pepper into the pan and stir-fry in about 5 minutes. Then, add MSG and white sugar to stir.


Turn off the gas stove, take them out and put them in a plate. We can add chili sauce into the plate and enjoy.
