| Soak Udon noodles in a bowl of cold water in 3 minutes and then take them out.
Wash carrot and cut it into thin pieces.
Slice cabbage into square pieces. Also, cut onion and bell pepper into 2-centimeter-long pieces. And slice pork into thin and long pieces. |
| Heat up cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry pork in about 3 minutes.
Add carrot, bell pepper, and onion into the pan to stir-fry within 1 minute.
Add cabbage and stir-fry until cabbage pieces become a bit soft. |
| After that, add Udon noodles, soy sauce, and pepper into the pan and stir-fry in about 5 minutes. Then, add MSG and white sugar to stir. |
