Peel carrot and onion, then dice them. Also, cut beef into small pieces and then soak them with salt and pepper in a bowl. Next, cook the chicken egg in 4 minutes. Then take the cooked egg out for later use.

Heat up cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry onion. Then, add carrot into the pan and stir-fry in 5 minutes. Next, add beef to stir-fry until they are cooked. Then, add coconut milk, water, and curry powder to stir-fry. Also, add fish sauce and white sugar to make the mixture tasty. Continue to cook until it becomes a bit condensed. Then turn off the gas stove and take it out. Place it in a large bowl.

Soak ramen noodles in boiled water in about 3 minutes and then take them out. Place them in a bowl, put the cooked egg at step 1 on the ramen noodles. Finally, we can enjoy it with the broth at step 2.
