Wash tomato, bell pepper, peas and onion, and then cut them into small pieces. Next, heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan and add onion and tomato into the pan to stir-fry in 2-3 minutes. After that, add red curry and stir the mixture in 1 more minute.

Pour coconut milk and vegetable broth into the pan. Add fried tofu into the pan and cook with a small fire in 10 minutes. Finally, add bell pepper and peas and cook in 3-4 more minutes. Also, add salt and stir, then turn off the gas stove.
