Wash beef and slice it. Marinate it with 1 tablespoon of water, 1/2 of a teaspoon of cornstarch, 1/4 of a teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 of a teaspoon of soy sauce in 20 minutes. Heat up the pan with cooking oil and then stir-fry beef in about 40 seconds.

Then, add tofu gently. Also, add ginger and stir-fry them in 20 seconds. Next, add 30 milliliters of cooking oil if necessary. Add chopped garlic and green onion and stir-fry them in 10 seconds. Stir them in 10 more seconds, and then pour 180 milliliters of chicken broth, oyster, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and white sugar. After that, dissolve 3 teaspoons of cornstarch with 15 milliliters of water and then cook the mixture until it becomes condensed.
