Sweet and sour stir-fried chicken has become one of the most sought-for recipes in many family’s menus. The combination of sweetness and sourness is definitely irresistible from the first bite. Not to mention the amount of greasy oil is reduced since the dish is not deep-fried, making it a healthier choice for those on a diet.



Wash chicken breast and then cut it into medium pieces. Next, peel pineapple, remove its eyes and also slice it. Then, soak pineapple into the mixture of salt and water in 5 minutes, and then take them out. Also, peel the carrot, wash chili and carrot and then slice them.


Stir cornstarch, breadcrumb, and baking powder in a large bowl and then pour water so that the mixture becomes condensed. Dip the chicken pieces into the bowl and fry them until their color turn yellow.


Then, turn down the fire, and add vegetables into the pan. Also, add condiments to make them tasty.


Stir-fry them finely and then take them out.
