Steps

Wash strawberries. Next, steam chocolate chips to make them melt. Then, add whipping cream into the melted chocolate and stir finely.

For each strawberry, use a toothpick to poke into it and then dip it into the mixture of melt chocolate. Continue to do that until the last strawberry. Next, put them in the fridge for about 2 hours.

Cook the fresh milk and white sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Then add coconut oil and vanilla into the mixture to stir.

Divide the wheat flour into 3 parts. Add gradually each part into to mixture at step 2 and knead gently until the mixture becomes a soft dough.

After kneading, let the dough rest in 10 minutes. Then, divide it into small balls. After that, squeeze each dough so that it can cover the strawberry. Then, put the strawberry coated with chocolate at step 1 in the middle of the dough and roll.

Continue to do with the other strawberries and then put them on a plate. We can eat immediately after finishing these mochis without cooking.
