| First off, prepare ingredients: Peel the shrimps and wash them carefully. Then, cut the chicken meat into medium-size pieces. |
| Soak dry noodles in cold water in a while time.
Remove water and put the noodles into a large bowl.
Next, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil into the bowl and mix well. Chop the cabbage, cut the carrot into thin threads, and don't forget to cut green onions as well. |
