First off, prepare ingredients: Peel the shrimps and wash them carefully. Then, cut the chicken meat into medium-size pieces.

Soak dry noodles in cold water in a while time.
Remove water and put the noodles into a large bowl.
Next, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil into the bowl and mix well. Chop the cabbage, cut the carrot into thin threads, and don't forget to cut green onions as well.

Now, beat the chicken egg into a bowl, mix well-beaten egg and fry it.
Done with the egg, cut the fried eggs into thin threads and put them on a plate. Continue to use the pan, and heat a tablespoon of cooking oil, then stir-fry the chopped garlic, chicken meat, and shrimps until they taste good and garlicky.
Next, put them on another plate for decorating later.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the prepared cabbage, carrot and green onions in 5 minutes.
Put all soaked noodles into the pan to stir-fry with the vegetables.
Next, add condiments to boost up the flavors.
When the mixture is well cooked, put all prepared ingredients before into the pan to mix for about 1 minute.
