Wash shrimps thoroughly. Next, slice ginger and chop green onion and dried chilis.


Heat up cooking oil in a pan and add pepper and anise into the pan to stir-fry. Then, add dried chilis, chili sauce, and some water into the pan to stir-fry until the mixture boils.


Add shrimps into the pan and continue to stir-fry. When their color turns red, add red wine, salt, and sugar and stir-fry in about 5 minutes. After that, add coriander and green onion to stir in 3 more minutes.


Turn off the gas stove and place them on a plate.
