Put quail eggs into a pot and have them boiled. Then peel off their shell. Next, heat up the cooking oil in the pan. After that, place the eggs into the pan to fry.


Take the quail eggs out and let them rest to remove the cooking oil. Continue using the pan and pour out the oil. However, leave about 2 tablespoons of the cooking oil. Then, add tomato sauce, white sugar, pepper, and vinegar to stir.
