Wash pork, chili, and bell peppers. Then, cut pork into medium pieces. Also, cut chili and bell peppers into thin pieces.


Heat the cooking oil in a pan to stir-fry the chili and bell peppers. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and stir them well. Then, take them out.


Add some oil in the pan and then add garlic and pepper to stir-fry them. When the garlic is slightly yellow, add pork and stir-fry. After that, add the stir-fry chili and bell peppers at step 2, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and the remaining salt into the pan and stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked.


Take them out and have them served with cooked rice.
