Peel the shell of the shrimps and wash them. In a large bowl, mix rice flour, wheat flour, and salt. Also, in another bowl, beat the chicken egg, add water and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to mix together. Then, pour the mixture of chicken egg into the bowl of flour and mix them finely.

Heat up cooking oil in a pan. Next, dip each shrimp into the bowl of flour mixture and then fry it for 3-5 minutes. Continue to do until the last shrimp.
